There are 4 modules - Mindset (presented by Sam), Cycle awareness (presented by Carmen), Nutrition (presented by Jacqui), and Lifestyle (presented by all three). Each module has lessons as well as group discussions.

The course is self-paced. However we will host a live discussion each month where you can ask questions and connect with us and others taking the course.
Our course addresses wellness at a holistic level which we believe is the key to addressing many health conditions. The knowledge you will learn in the course will help you set up the foundation for a healthy lifestyle, which can often improve various health conditions. However, we do not address specific health concerns as this would require knowledge about an individual's background.
The nutrition section is structured to be non-biased towards any particular eating style. We emphasize the need to check in with how your body responds to various foods while giving guidance on how to structure your diet to meet your nutrition needs. However, since we are concerned about potential iron, zinc and other deficiencies on a purely plant-based diet, the course does have a preference for including some animal foods in the diet.
Yes, the knowledge you receive about your nervous system and the nutrition information will still be relevant for you. The content on menstrual cycle awareness may not be relevant for you at this stage, however we believe this is knowledge that every women should have and may become relevant for you if you decide to come off the pill.
Much of the content is targeted towards menstruating women. However, you may still find the content on nervous system regulation and nutrition valuable.
The course content is created specifically for women.
